Day 79 – Sing your heart out

What I feel like saying….
Sing your heart out…
It is healing and it recharges your chakras especially throat chakra.
This works well for everyone especially someone who is very introverted and unable to express themselves in public.
Sing as if no one is watching. Sing out loud in your private space be it at home, room, shower, when you go for a hike, being in nature… Wherever, whenever…
And if you are comfy with your friends and families, go Karaoke…. Sing out of tune, sing in tune, sing whatever u like amongst loved ones, have fun.
Confidence grows as one takes time to appreciate one’s own talent and gift be it inner or external. So what if no one appreciates it? You do. You appreciate your own gift. Gift of voice.
As an introvert myself, I used to have difficulty saying out what I truly mean, including to my loved ones. I don’t feel safe sharing my thoughts cos fear of being ridiculed.

But I love singing. In fact, I wanted to be a singer when I was 5. And so, I sing whenever I’m alone. Dance alongside music as well.
It’s just fun to express myself this way.
Eventually, I grew out of my comfort zone, and I’m no longer afraid to voice out.
I’ve sang, dance and even shared my heart out on stage many times in front of strangers. From zero to 50 to even thousands of audiences.
I’m no longer afraid of making mistakes or being ridiculed for being myself on stage.
And my chakras flow better, from head to toe. The throat chakra no longer became blocked and I felt healthier and more energised.

What about you?
P. S: Together, let’s awaken our world by being our most authentic, joyous, abundant, loving selves.
It’s OK, if you don’t belong to the crowd. Belong to yourself is enough. You are ENOUGH.
Be the unique you and shine. You matter.
We matter. The world need us in our colourful truths. Stand strong. Rise bold.
Don’t matter if there is anyone with you or supporting you or the fact that you felt unwanted or rejected.
You don’t need permission to be you. You are a life warrior. Have courage to do what feels right to you.
Stop hiding in the shadows. Stop concealing your imperfections.
It’s OK if you have unhealed wounds. Resolute to learn/unlearn, grow and heal them. We are all works-in-progress.
Your existence is important and it is powerful. There is a great purpose/s in you being alive.
Remember that.
I may not know you but if I did, I know, I will love you. Because no matter what we are, we each deserved to be loved, seen, heard and matter.
This is what I believe. This is my truth. I’m Honouring it by sharing and spreading my message.
What is your truth? Get to know, explore. Then, Express and Share it.
