Traveling spontaneously definitely takes a toll on me-body, heart, mind and soul. Sometimes a lot, sometimes little.
Sometimes traveling in different continent within hours felt like my body were separated in different places.
Conducting healing sessions need me to be “in-tune” with my being. Especially since I’m sensitive to energy, an empath and an Indigo child.
Many of my clients have asked me on how they can maintain and continue being light, happy, joyful and love even after healing sessions…
Same as being in-tune with my body, heart, mind and soul , I believe each of us have to be aware of the “spiritual debris” we carried and accumulated everyday.
Everyday, we meet all kinds of people, situations, challenges, atmosphere, environment etc
We absorb some type of “energetic/spiritual debris”…
And that needs to be “cleansed” in order for us to shine…
A commitment of self love is necessary. Just like our bodies need meals some kind daily ritual of being fed, nourished, cleansed and fulfilled in many ways….
Our spirits too need the same self love.
One of my favorite is to jump into the showers when I wake up and after the day is over. I often have 2-3 times of showers in Asia where it’s summer all year round.
But when I’m in a country that is having a cold wintry season and hot showers still keeps me shivering cold and blue, then…
I will “shower in the sun”…
No, I don’t have to be naked. Just wear whatever clothes needed and just set the intention and bask in the sunshine rays…
I love the Sun. I felt it’s welcoming rays canoodled me especially when I had jetlaggy moments. And restored me back to my vibrant self.
