Day 95 – Third eye off for Empaths

What I feel like sharing….
Me and my kids are 3  sensitive beings. Indigo children with great empathic abilities.
And so, when we go out, I often ask my kids to wear caps to cover their third eyes..
Some of us, (kids or those age 40 and above) have our third eyes willingly “open” 24 x 7. And because of that we get overwhelmed and caught up with the world outside of us.
We often felt lethargic and exhausted even if we go out  for a while.
And I’ve already shared how we can cleanse and shield ourselves (in previous posts) but for some… like my kids, whose third eyes are every inquisitive and refused to close/shut down….
There is a simple technique I often used.
1. Set intention to turn off third eye.
2. Just use any finger to stroke down  (slide down vertically) from TOP forehead (near hair) towards starting of nose bridge (where 3rd eyes is situated) to turn it OFF.
To turn it On.
    1. Set intention to turn on 3rd eye.
And normally we don’t need to turn it ON (unless u feel guided to or like me, a healer whereby I need to use it in my work)..
2. So do the opposite way of the above mentioned step, like flicking a switch from down up.
3. Imagine turning it ON.
That’s it.
For parents, we can do it for our kids. Before they set off to school, just stroke their forehead  to turn it off.
Notice the changes.
These are especially for Empaths and highly sensitive beings we call starseed, indigo children, crystal and many more….
Hope that helps.
Love,
Lina.
P. S: Together, let’s awaken our world by being our most authentic, joyous, abundant, loving selves.
It’s OK, if you don’t belong to the crowd. Belong to yourself is enough. You are ENOUGH.
Be the unique you and shine. You matter.
We matter. The world need us in our colourful truths. Stand strong. Rise bold.
Don’t matter if there is anyone with you or supporting you or the fact that you felt unwanted or rejected.
You don’t need permission to be you. You are a life warrior. Have courage to do what feels right to you.
Stop hiding in the shadows. Stop concealing your imperfections.
It’s OK if you have unhealed wounds. Resolute to learn/unlearn, grow and heal them. We are all works-in-progress.
Your existence is important and it is powerful. There is a great purpose/s in you being alive.
Remember that.
I may not know you but if I did, I know, I will love you. Because no matter what we are, we each deserved to be loved, seen, heard and matter.
This is what I believe. This is my truth. I’m Honouring it by sharing and spreading my message.
What is your truth? Get to know, explore. Then, Express and Share it.
