Before going through the program...
I learned that I am energetically connected to my relationships, and that I can try to heal these in many ways but the cord needs movement, it is an energy that I didn’t understand or realize how to tap into before Lina healed me.
I learned that I am carrying the burden of my mothers.
I learned that I am a conduit for all energy systems to pass through me. What do I want to be available to?
Before the session I felt tense and tight, but afterwards I was crying, so many tears and I had a profound realization about who I am because of my lineage. It helped me to feel compassion for my own mother.
I have continued to develop myself, and I have been kinder to who I am, and aware of how my actions are energies that I am redirecting when I engage with my kids.
After going through the program...
Lina is a comforting, calm, accepting person who understands many things but never imposes herself. Her healing was a sacred space where I knew I could bring out all of my hurt and have it held by her. She has an atmosphere of confidence that has bolstered me through my path to healing.

I am a RP qualifying. I own Healing Heartbeats, an intuitive and CBT-focused counselling company that seeks to heal the world through healing ourself.
