Being nice… Hmm.

I used to be a people pleaser. This is something I knew well. 

If you have been nice in your whole entire life but felt that you are being a fraud…. 

Then it’s time we question these nice-Ness…. 

Are you being nice because it’s expected of you? Or because you are motivated by fear or love?

Are you being nice in hope that you attract the same treatment? 

Are you being nice because you were trained to do so since young?

I’ve seen nice people “explode” because they did not honour themselves.

They pretend and be what the world expects of them..

They hid and wrapped those not-nice stuff about themselves. Thinking that, if the world knew, no one will love them. .

But the people who truly matter, will love you, no matter what. 

I’ve been there, done that. I was the one who exploded and I was also the one to trigger others to explode. #authenticitymatters
