the truth is, we all have these healing abilities… Only thing is, do you want to harness this hidden power?
There are many healers amongst us. Our job is not to heal you but to help you heal yourself. Our job is to facilitate the healing. To guide, to help. But not in a way that you stay dependable on us but on yourself.
Healing is simple that even a child can do it.
If you are open, find the right healer with your heart.
Find a healer that you feel sync with. Find a healer, you can learn from.
Or you can start by reading books.
One of the many amazing books, I can recommend is Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. I’ve learnt many healing modalities around the world but this is one that makes the most sense to me and to newbies especially….
Don’t wait till its too late. Healers not just solve the issues of the symptoms but the root of them all.
Towards a better life full of vibrant health, joy, peace, success abundance and love.
One of the many root issues I found recurring is-the illusions of love: one being not good enough.
Growing up, I was told that to be in heaven, I have to suffer. And I have to be okay with that belief-to live is to be in suffering- in order to receive the blessings of being in heaven,a paradise, in the hereafter.
Stories I was told and I understood in my own perspective was that….
*The first man was kicked out of heaven because he was not worthy, not good enough, he has sinned , made mistakes…
I was made to carry that brunt thinking if my great, great, great…ancestor (origin of Man) was not good enough, then what about me? He was made personally by the Creator, the best of all ingredients.
And look at him. where did he ended up? Out of heaven.
Perhaps that belief was molded through my childhood or lifetimes before that, or perhaps, its just an illusion carried on by many generations, unsure of the truth… whatever it is, it took me decades to question that belief and experimented on my own.
If there were two paths, one was easy and the other was full of challenges, where do you think I would go?
That has been my guideline since young. I had often chose the challenging route. The most arduous, the most risk taking, the most perilous if possible, from simplest choices of subjects, to the routes of school and many more, I had chosen the worst most challenging paths ever.
The easy path was never good enough for me, it was not challenging enough. I need to prove my worth. To prove that I’m good enough. To justify my existence.
Until one day, I fell into an endless abyss…
Upon waking up, I decided that enough is enough. I’m tired. I want an easy way for once.
And the Universe decided to help me with that and send me some helpers, guides and teachers.
Sometimes the easiest ways are the answers. It’s just that we don’t feel good enough to be worthy of easy answers and solutions.
And I add this to any affirmations, intentions after that…
Dear God, help me fulfill this (whatever tasks)…. easily and Effortlessly
and ever since it has been… effortlessly.
I’m truly grateful for this lesson.
*Note: I’m not talking about the religion I grew up in or even blame it . I’m talking about the beliefs I’ve adopted/created for myself.
